V Shred Review
The V Shred Workout is one of the most viral workout programs out – and you see it everywhere on YouTube and TikTok.That said, Vince Sant exploded in reputation out of nowhere, which made me anxious.
If I was going to purchase V Shred, I wanted to find a comprehensive review that told me everything about Vince Sant as well. The good news is, that’s what I finally found (after a LONG search). If you’re curious, I’m talking about Kaylee’s analysis at Vshredreview.com.
In addition to digging into whether or not V Shred was a rip-off, she also looked into Vince sant himself. And, at some point, she was frustrated with the workout.
That said, she did manage to find success on her weight loss journey WITHOUT V Shred. She mostly suggests this V Shred alternative if people like the idea of V Shred, but aren’t too interested after they learn more.
The alternative she suggests by the way (which is a lot less expensive than V shred at only $29.99 rather than $149.00) is the Jen Ferruggia Bikini Body Workouts, which you can check out here: http://bikinibodyworkouts.club/
In general, going through Kaylee’s blog is a great way to get a detailed rundown on V shred. By the end of it, I was convinced that I could save cash AND get a better experience with Jen’s Bikini Body Workouts instead.
So give it a read through – and if you choose Jen’s program instead, you can even get a discount!
There’s even a DISCOUNT on Ferruggia’s workout right now! You can get the coupon for Jen’s Bikini Body Workouts here: https://www.workingdiscountcodes.com/bikini-body-workouts-coupon/
Hopefully this assists you if you’ve been looking for opinions on Vince Sant or V Shred.
Good luck with your weight loss!
P.S. No hate at all for Vince Sant. What he’s managed to build with his success is really outstanding, and I see a lot of bloggers hate on him just because he’s the “biggest” guy in weight loss at the moment. I believe it’s unfair to say that his programs don’t work effectively just because they might not have worked for you. Everyone’s different! I only believe that people should make informed choices when it comes to how much they invest in programs especially.
Who Is The V Shred Workout Guy?
People are interested to know who is the guy behind V Shred. Vince Sant co-founded the fitness brand in 2015 along with Nick Daniel, Roger Crandall, Kevin Pearn. They wanted to spread their methods for losing weight to as many men and women as possible, and nowadays it is one of the fastest rising online fitness brands in the world.
Vince shares his workout exercises, tips, and more on the V Shred YouTube channel which has over 2 million subscribers. He’s also popular on Instagram, where he more than 900k followers.
